Covid-19 New Terms and Conditions and Policy

*Must read before booking any classes*

The studio expects long waiting lists due to the reduced number of students we are allowed to teach per class and shall accommodate as many students as possible within government guidelines. The fairest way to allocate spaces will be on a first come first serve basis. We cannot reserve spaces for anyone.

Our main focus shall be to help our students regain their strength and refresh their knowledge of our syllabus. This means we will be temporarily unable to accommodate students from other studios. However, due to high demand, we have allocated one class a week to brand new beginners.

The timetable will be uploaded approximately 3 weeks in advance to allow for changes, dependent on government guidelines. We shall introduce the option for students to attend our studio classes via Zoom where possible. This shall allow those of you who cannot attend the studio, or who do not want to attend the studio, to continue with your training.

Due to our limited numbers, we are currently not offering blocks. When we are allowed to change to 1 metre social distancing, we will allow two to a pole and credits to be used again. If you purchased credits before The Studio closed, these are still valid; they will be re-activated when we can allow two students to a pole. Your credits have been paused and once re-activated the expiry dates will continue where they left off.

You can convert your credits to online credits at any time by emailing thewatermelonstudio@hotmail.com. Please note once these are converted, they cannot be converted back.
