Looking to improve your splits? This is the class for you! We lead you through a 10 minute warm up, then focus on appropriate stretches to achieve your splits. We aim to improve your leg flexibility, which will help your technique on the pole. Our overall aim is to improve your splits and give you exercises to take home with you to continue your stretching journey.

Anyone welcome

Not recommended to those comfortable in splits, unless wishing to work on over splits.
