This class is designed to mainly focus on your splits as well as overall flexibility required for Pole. You will be taught safe ways to improve your legs and shoulder flexibility while being told how this well help your pole journey. We will use a mixture of partner stretching, using the poles and individual stretching to achieve your goals. Our Pole Flexibility Class is designed to give ideas and moves for performances, photoshoots, or just for yourself. You will be led in a fun cardio warm up and then we will begin an hour long stretch. Our classes are drop in and are 60 minute long.
